April 19th
Participant's Meeting
Join our informational Zoom meeting, led by the SMHS Red Cross Club leadership board, to get a detailed, step-by-step breakdown on how the Match the Mask event will be held. Join to ask questions and gain a better understanding about our event!
April 22-24th
drop-offs
If you opted to receive materials, a board member will coordinate a date and time where your complete Starter Kit, supplied with enough materials to make 10-20 masks as well as instructions, will be dropped off right at your doorstep. Visit the 'Instructions' page to start making your masks! Don't forget the notes of appreciation for each mask!
April 29th
check-ins
The same board member who dropped off your starter kits will reach out to you for a quick check-in. They will ask you how many masks you have made so far, how the process has been, what's going well and what could be going better, as well as an approximation for when you will finish making the masks. This is a great time to ask any clarifying questions!
May
6-13th
*potential* pick-up dates
After you have finished making your masks, please fill out this form to inform us that you have finished! We are hoping to pick up all the made masks and notes from May 6th-13th; however, if you need more time, please let us know. Visit the 'Contact Us' page, or the board member who you have already been in contact with. After contacting us and coordinating a pick-up day and time, please leave your masks and notes in the same bag you received your materials in, outside your house.

16th
drop-off at Mill-peninsula
After we have collected all the masks and notes from all 55 participants, we will coordinate a day and time with the Mills-Peninsula Medical Center to drop them off. We will then announce the total amount of masks made, shoutout every participant who opted for a shoutout on our Instagram, and announce the 3-$20 Amazon gift card giveaway winners.
